Meet our Chefs
Spanish-born connoisseur from the northern side of Madrid, Spain. He grew up at the “Los Llanos” family restaurant, running through the kitchen and walk-in coolers during the summers. The head chef fell in love with Spain’s home cooking — paella, tapas, and postres — and practiced until those classic flavors became second nature. In 2002, Paella4U started catering across Dallas and Fort Worth. Today we cater everything from intimate groups of 20 to events of 500+.
