Meet our Chefs
Spain born conesseur in northern side of the city of Madrid, Spain. Grew up at the “Los Llanos” restaurant running inside the kitchen and walk-in coolers during the summers . The main chef has grown to love to eat Spain home cook dishes like: Paella , Tapas and postres which force him to practice cooking until old flavors became recognized by memories of real Spain flavors in the kitchen in Spain.
In 2002 Paella4u started to cater around Dallas and Fort Worth. Today we cater from a small 20 people group up over 500 people event.
